Product design made to last
Door entry systems have a long lifespan. They are permanent fixtures in the home that aren’t renewed every year, so the design needs to be timeless. The devices are located outdoors, with constantly changing weather, which places demands on the materials, too.
Characterised by minimal lines and rounded corners, Elvox Pixel Heavy door entry system stands out for its strength and robustness. The finishing is heavy, strong, scratch and vandal resistant and weatherproof. The design is modular, allowing for multiple uses.
Controlling the smart home
Vimar Eikon Tactil is a smart panel for electrical systems, tailorable to a wide variety of needs, from sound systems, temperature, or electric curtains at home, to the varying needs of public spaces such as hotels and offices. The controls are all independent and can be personalized with pre-printed icons and in the colors of six RGB LEDs.
Sustainable package design with a fresh look
For Scotch-Brite, a 3M brand dedicated to cleaning products, we designed packaging for the latest sustainable range of cloths with natural bamboo and cotton fibres.
Sculpting an Italian design classic for Magis
For Magis, the legendary Italian design brand, our creative team designed a line of stools and chairs in curved and cut plywood. Presenting an elegant construction solution, it later went on to win the Promosedia Top Ten 1994 as an Italian design classic.

Re-energizing the packaging of the APAC market leader
Pepsico’s APAC market leading energy drink Sting had been using the same standard bottle since it’s launch. Design Group Italia was asked to develop a new disruptive design that could be owned exclusively by the brand, reflecting its core values and standing out from competitors. The resulting design is bold and authentic, with the structural packaging inspired by the lighting, the hero of the brand identity. It represents the energy inside the bottle that is being released direct to the consumer.
Innovating the healthy snacking category
We partnered closely with Sabra, the leading producer of hummus in the US, to research, innovate and design new products and structural packaging to broaden their snacking portfolio.
