Elvox Voxie

The multi-use intercom for both home and office

For our latest collaboration with Vimar, our team of product designers introduced the Elvox Voxie line of intercoms flaunting minimalist silhouettes, ergonomic controls and an elegant matt white finish. With an essential and geometric aesthetic, the final result lends itself to any situation, whether retrofitting an older building, detailing a new one, or even modernizing the office. Facilitating a simple and straightforward installation, Voxie was made to update or renovate existing systems with ease, eliminating the need for new junction boxes with a direct application on the wall or flush-mounted box.

Parmacotto

Taking on the new world

The American retail food segment, worth almost a trillion dollars (USDA), is a competitive but potentially lucrative endeavor for any European company looking to expand its footprint and its yearly turnover. We set out to support Parmacotto, the Italian market leader, to enter the American market. Based on extensive research, we created a new packaging design for the US market. The fresh, clear, culturally adapted packaging includes additional storytelling about the Italian roots and the cultural heritage behind the product.

Galbani

Innovating the Italian classic

What if mozzarella could be eaten like a pasta dish? Galbani asked Design Group Italia to explore new opportunities for the Santa Lucia brand of mozzarella. The focus was on changing the format of mozzarella so it could be eaten like a pasta dish. The product needed to remain authentic, yet push the boundaries of mozzarella as we know it. Our result was mozzarella shaped like the Southern Italian Orecchiette pasta, that could be eaten either as is or dressed for a protein-rich, healthy treat.
