With more than 1,3 million annual visitors, Blue Lagoon Iceland is a travel destination with a complex ecosystem encompassing transportation, accommodation, food and beverage, retail and skincare.
Building on in-depth research to understand the spa’s customers and business needs, we defined a smooth, memorable customer experience – One which begins when the customer plans his Blue Lagoon visit and continues on through to his sharing of his spa experience post-visit.

Simplified, intuitive mobile banking for millions

For a profoundly digital world, UBI Banca turned to us to create a comprehensive mobile banking strategy serving people first. Previously split into seven different apps, our goal was to piece together their complex features and identities to forge a single app elevating the digital customer experience. Through extensive customer research, design thinking workshops and in-depth analyses, we joined forces with the entire team, from local branch managers to C-level executives, to develop seamless UIX design and a sweeping digital transformation strategy simplifying the app experience for millions of users.

We designed a touch screen display experience enabling remote collaboration to foster productivity and enhance teamwork. Our research for the project paved the way for a perfect platform especially meant to grow tailor-made software solutions, offering both the product itself and a consultancy and service package to ensure optimum integration of Frame-it technology.

Celebrating success is a key to many great companies, and PepsiCo is no exception. Starting with this idea of recognition, Design Group Italia was tapped to create a one-of-a-kind experience for BAM Awards by the PepsiCo Design &Innovation Center along with the Global Marketing team. The result is a spirited onomatopoeia to represent the company’s Best Achievements in Marketing. Our creative team in New York worked on naming, branding, graphics, copywriting, digital touchpoints, and the product design of bespoke trophies.
