The Design Group Italia team is passionate about cycling, be it for leisure or commuting, for fun, fitness, or the environmental impact.

So, we teamed up with CIAB (ll Club delle Imprese Amiche della Bicicletta), an association that fosters bicycling culture. A partnership that led us to victory in Bike Challenge 2016, a bicycle competition between companies.

Paolo Rovida, business development & administration and initiative participant, says:

“Riding a bike is not only sustainable mobility but also a chance to learn more about your city: streets, gardens, corners, shops, and cafès.”

Over the years, we’ve worked on several cutting-edge bicycling equipment projects. In 1984, when heavy leather helmets were the standard, we designed the first polycarbonate and polystyrene foam helmet (the Corsa Vetta helmet). More recently, we partnered with Hamax to build a safe and stylish children’s helmet.
