Digital Product Designer

The Digital Product Design team is rapidly expanding and currently comprises 30 specialized designers, each bringing their uniqueness to the table. We consider this diversity as an absolute value and have developed individual growth programs, including training and mentorship, to help individuals grow in areas aligned with their design skills and abilities. We are an informal and humane team actively seeking individuals who are always available to others.

We are looking for someone curious to explore various sectors; every project is different and requires diving into a new reality. This necessitates adaptability and flexibility, integrating with different work methods and utilizing various tools provided by design thinking.

We seek individuals who can work in a team and have the desire to collectively contribute to the growth of the entire department in a proactive manner. We value an approach to design that is creative and not bound by predetermined paths. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to impact the project from the very early stages, including strategic definition, beyond specific titles and roles, viewing the project as an integral part of personal growth, team development, and the project itself.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of design methodologies, particularly in the research phase, to ensure solutions based on user needs through interviews, workshops, user testing, shadowing, or other research tools.
• Ability to structure information, creating new elaborations and hierarchical information, evolving them alongside the product.
• Design and creation of Wireframes, or design tools with different levels of fidelity depending on the context.
• Ability to create user-centered interfaces and consistent design systems, demonstrating strong competence in visual design and accessibility.
• Analytical approach to contexts and processes, solving complex problems in a structured and innovative manner.
• A portfolio that effectively communicates your value as a designer, showcasing your skills, experiences, and uniqueness.
• Good/Excellent level of English, both written and spoken, as most of our clients are international.
• Experience in designing and creating complex digital products.
• Strong presentation skills. We believe in direct client engagement from the entire team, starting from the early stages of the project.
• Excellent knowledge of key design tools such as Figma, Miro, etc.
